Musician Training

Apply for Training

Iris Music Project’s groundbreaking training program prepares and supports chamber ensembles and/or individual musicians as they successfully replicate Iris Music Project’s innovative model at healthcare communities across the country.

Each year, Iris Music Project selections 1-2 ensembles and/or individual musicians to participate in the training program.

This highly competitive program provides intensive pre-residency training and then places the chamber ensemble in a healthcare community setting, guiding the group through the first year of its residency. At the end of one year, Iris Music Project, the ensemble and the healthcare partner may decide to continue the partnership.
